Baja Itinerary

Fun and flavourful; Mexico conjures images of sun, sand, and delicious cuisine. Combined with the proximity to California and thus inevitable US influences, Baja manages to capture luxury with a unique simplicity. Embodying the laid back attitude of both California and Mexico, where better to laze on miles of sun-baked sand as huge sapphire waves lap the shore. If you’re a lover of creatures under the sea, snorkel and spot the myriad of fish lurking in the deep blue like yellowtail, yellowfin tuna, snapper, and sailfish. If you’re a foodie, also enjoy the breadth of seafood from the dry comfort of your deck on your plate. Around the world, Baja is used as an adjective for a dish with quality fish and zesty flavours so enjoy the origin. If you’re not in the mood for seeing or salivating over these scaly creatures the Sea of Cortez still has plenty of sea life to offer filled with colossal blue whales, bottlenose dolphins and sea lions. “It never rains in southern California” so cruise on into the Baja sun and start your adventure.
